DITALINI


Cook just like elbow macaroni...
drain.

Brown ground beef and mild (or hot)
Italian sausage, onions, a bit of italian
seasoning of your choice. Add 2 jars of
RAGU spaghetti sauce (meat or traditional)
Heat til bubbly...turn heat down and simmer
for a few minutes, til hot all the way through.
Pour sauce and meat over cooked Ditalini
(1 pound package)...Add a half package of
mild cheddar cheese (or sharp), half carton
of Ricotta cheese, 1/3 cup parmasean cheese.
Stir well and enjoy with a salad and garlic bread.

Of course, you can make adjustments to your
personal taste.

Thanks, Wanda....will have to try this---sounds good. Don't think I've ever seen that pasta before---or even heard of it! A true Italina specialty!!
